HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship priority mail insured or express mail insured if you need it in a hurry. Regarding shipping via priority mail, the rate is the same if you buy an item that weighs 1 oz. or 16 oz., only the insurance coverage will vary.
Shipments weighing 16 oz or less, insured for $100 or less – the flat rate is $8.
Shipments weighing 16 oz or less, insured for $300 or less – the flat rate is $12.
Shipments weighing 16oz or less, insured for $500 or less –the flat rate is $15.
All shipments weighing 16oz or less, insured for more than $500 – the flat rate is $20.
Most priority mail deliveries arrive within 2 – 3 days, although it can take up to a week depending on the destination.
WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?
I typically ship purchases within 1-4 business days (usually within 1-2 days). I will send you a confirmation email with tracking number letting you know your order is on its way.
WHAT ARE YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES?
We can ship internationally. Send us the shipping address and we can provide a quote.
CAN I RUSH MY ORDER?
Please contact me if you would like a faster shipping method. Additional fees are applicable and must be paid before the package is sent out.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At Hi Ho Silver, I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Hi Ho Silver only wants happy and satisfied clients and so if you have any questions regarding any item under consideration, please send an inquiry. I am happy to answer any questions in a timely fashion.
If you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return your selection for a refund within 5 days of receipt. Please contact me via email prior to returning merchandise. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, I will issue a refund (minus the shipping charges) provided the item is in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you and has been properly packed, insured, and shipped back to me. Please note, I am not responsible for shipping on returned merchandise.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE?
As mentioned, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Furthermore, we inspect everything prior to shipping and pack our jewelry to prevent damage in shipment. Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact me immediately to discuss a return and/or exchange.
CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL ORDER?
Yes! We are happy to discuss what you might be interested in – a different length or size on a featured item. We have always had a “special order” book and have had great success in working with people with specific needs. However, until I am able to travel again, any special order will be considered only on items that are currently offered on our site. There are no returns on custom orders.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
We recommend storing our jewelry in zip-lock bags which we provide. Not glamorous but doing so will help retard the natural tarnishing of the silver. Since silver is a soft metal it will also prevent scratching. Do not swim in a chlorinated pool or submerge in mineral bath wearing your silver (it will turn on you). Always apply makeup, hair spray, and perfume before you put on your silver. As much as you want to, please do not sleep in your jewelry! HOW DO I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?
